Northwest Beacon Group, LLC, Employee Assistance Program (NWB EAP) offers short-term counseling, referral, monitoring, and follow-up in our private offices. Assistance is available for a wide range of personal issues including: anxiety; stress; anger management; drug and alcohol abuse; depression; decision making; grief and loss; conflict management; domestic violence; dealing with crises; among others. NWB EAP provides services to employers in northwestern Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York and directly provides or manages the care of their employees and household members. NWB EAP has a staff of licensed clinicians with an office located off-site from a company — providing employees the assurance of confidentiality. NWB EAP clinicians are immediately available 24-hours-a-day/7-days-a-week — our telephones are always answered live without a voice prompt system – the only EAP service of its kind in the region. Flexible and emergency appointments are available to meet an employee’s schedules.
